Situated on a corner tea treed block in the back beach area of Rye the Cottage is well suited to family groups of up to 6, couples or groups of friends.

Located in a quiet street only 15-20 minutes walk to the beautiful ocean beach and National Park. Take a walk along the foreshore, climb the dunes and watch the surf roll in or take a swim. At low tide there are a number of rockpools to explore. Great for summer or winter.

Also only a 5 minute drive to the bayside beaches with family friendly swimming and boating.

The Peninsula Hot Springs, many golf courses, wineries and the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula are all within a short drive. Red Hill, Portsea and Sorrento are all within a 15 to 20 minutes drive.

The Cottage has timber floors throughout. An open plan living area includes the kitchen which is well equipped (dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven) and a dining table that can seat eight. All furniture is modern and in excellent condition including an LCD television and DVD player.

Bathroom, ensuite, seperate toilet and laundry are provided

The cottage has a fully fenced garden with lawn area and a peaceful shady verandah. Relax in the hammock in the tea trees or play table tennis or boules.

A gas BBQ and outdoor setting are included.

The Cottage is kept in excellent condition with great care to ensure absolute cleanliness.

Please note - dogs may be permitted, but needs to be discussed prior to booking.

Guest to bring their own sheets and towels (doonas and pillows provided) or linen and towels can be provided with beds ready made on request (for small additional charge).
