This beautiful period designed home is set on a large 1064m2 allotment.

This fully furnished house includes two large lounge rooms, an open plan kitchen with dining table and entertainment area. The fully heated and air conditioned house has two large screen TV’s, DVD player & iPod docking system.

The house is very spacious making it well suited for couples, families and business stays and can easily accommodate 11 people with 8 beds - 3 queen beds, 4 single beds & 2 double sofa beds. We are also children friendly and provide a porta cot and high chair.

With the open plan kitchen and 2 lounge rooms, the house allows for a comfortable stay for all ages. Security and privacy is offered with a lock up 2 car garage with parking for a further 4 cars in the driveway.

This house is ideally suited for a family get away or groups looking to use it as a base to explore or work in Melbourne. The large main bedroom has an ensuite that includes a separate shower and bath, second bedroom with a queen bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The main bathroom has a separate shower, bath tub and separate toilet.

The house opens up to fantastic views & has a 2 Car Garage.

The house also extends to an outdoor entertainment area facing a Reserve where kangaroos roam. There is an extra large 7 x 5 meter BALI HUT enabling you to enjoy the tranquil surrounds while relaxing and soaking up the comforts of this amazing house.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, modern dishwasher and all the modern cooking appliances including a rice cooker and blender. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, crockery, glasses which you can use to cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels.

The large fully equipped laundry includes a large modern washing machine and dryer. All linen and towels are complimentary and there are no exit cleaning charges when you leave (conditions apply).
