Encounter House is situated on Franklin Parade Victor Harbors premier seafront destination offering magnificent uninterrupted sea views.

Encounter House is within walking distance of the centre of Victor Harbor and over looks the magnificent Encounter Bay.

Running around the bay is the Encounter Bike way which is a teriffic cycling/walking trail which runs from Encounter Bay to Middleton following the coast and meandering thru the beautiful seaside towns which make up the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Local Attractions

Choose how best to spend the day, watching the waves roll in, people saunter along the walking trail, playing golf, visiting a winery, or a seaside restaurant for wonderful meals prepared using local produce, go whale watching, take the famous horse drawn tram to marvellous Granite Island for lunch or dinner and visit the penguin enclosure
or play golf on one of the many beautiful golf courses.
