Paris Beach House is the perfect getaway, uniquely positioned next to Cape Liptrap National Park with a track leading to surf beach number one (5 min walk). It is conveniently located within the first estate, only a 10 minute stroll to the town centre consisting of shops and cafes, and a 5 minute drive to Tarwin River for fishing or dinner at the Tarwin Hotel.

Every effort has been taken to ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. With plenty of living and sleeping space, it is a perfect retreat for 6 adults.

The house includes three bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space; 2x queen size beds, and 1x double bed. All beds include quilts and pillows.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet, plus there is the convenience of an additional separate toilet.

The laundry area contains tub and washing machine.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living room is light and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances plus microwave, refrigerator/freezer and electric oven and stove top. You won\'t want for anything no matter what you plan to cook or use, with all equipment provided including complete crockery & glassware sets, utensils, pots, pans, trays, baking dishes, etc.

There is a large 8 seater dining table to spread out on and plenty of couch space surrounding the wood fired heater, as well as a 68cm TV plus DVD, video player and complete stereo.

Enjoy plenty of backyard space, bird watch in the sun on the outdoor furniture, cook up brekkie on the deck with the BBQ and take a wander through the national park to the surf beach. On those wintery days and nights, crank up the fire in the Coonara and curl up on the comfy couches, enjoy home cooked meals within the fully appointed kitchen or head over to the river or inlet to catch your own meal.
