Ultra modern gourmet kitchens feature granite benches, Bosch SS appliances including oven, gas cook top, integrated dishwasher (to save you time!), microwave and full-size SS fridge. Fully equipped for the culinary adventurous, we also provide Starter Packs for each stay including milk, coffee, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, cookies, and a variety of cereals.
Relaxing living areas feature either portable or split system air-conditioning, large modular lounge suits, 42 inch digital plasma televisions, DVD/CD players, IPod docks, and a selection of in-house movies.
Chic but cosy bedrooms feature only queen-size beds with highest quality latex/sprung mattresses, 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linens, fans and plenty of wardrobe space to hang a multitude of new purchases!
Sleek tiled bathrooms include showers (no baths), an ample supply of Egyptian cotton towels, and personal care supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hair dryers. Each bathroom also includes a laundry area and requisite supplies.
All apartments feature Juliet or full size (with seating) balconies with a very Melbourne lane way outlook, views of neighboring heritage listed buildings or over the surrounding city and the hustle bustle below.
One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments range in size from approximately 50 to 60 square meters, One Bedroom Penthouse Apartments are approximately 60 to 70 square meters, and Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartments are also approximately 70 square meters. We can also provide underground security car-parking upon request (for an additional charge) with direct lift access from the basement to all apartment levels.
Our luxurious One Bedroom Penthouse Apartments range in size from 60 to 70 square meters, located on either the 9th or 10th floor they offer breathtaking views from both the living area and bedroom, over Spring Street and Parliament House and towards the MCG. As well as our standard deluxe apartment features, these apartment are also fitted with Nespresso coffee machines, and Bose sound systems, and they feature larger balconies with seating and an Evedure Neo BBQ. Ideal for a truly memorable Melbourne stay!
We aim to please by also offering our guests the little extras: Chauffeured Airport Transfers and chilled French Champagne upon arrival all able for pre-booking with your stay!

About Melbourne Apartments are located in the east "Paris end" of Melbourne city, in the Liverpool 16 residential building designed by well known architecture firm Daryl Jackson.
The Liverpool 16 building is located in Liverpool Street, a lane way which runs between Bourke and Little Bourke Streets (parallel with and in-between Exhibition and Spring Streets).
Our apartments are located in the centre of Melbournes' theatre district in between Her Majesty's Theatre and Princess Theatre, near China Town, major Bourke Street tram stops and Parliament Train Station, and only a short tram or train ride from Melbourne best attractions, and renowned shopping precincts, bars and restaurants.
We are within easy walking distance to Melbournes' sporting precinct Rod Laver Arena, MCG, AAMI Park and Federation Square and only a quick tram ride (free on the City Circle tram) to Etihaad Stadium and Docklands, Southbank and the Crown Promenade or Queen Victoria Market, St Kilda beach, or the city fringe Brunswick/Lygon/Chapel Street dining/shopping precincts.
You could pamper yourself and relax at one of the salons or day spas within metres from our front door, or indulge at one of the nearby award-winning cafes, restaurants or wine bars, perhaps one of our neigbours Ombra, Gingerboy, Longrain or Becco next door, or the infamous Pelligrinis or Grossi Florentino, or a short walk to Cumulus Inc, Mamasita, Coda or MoVida!
