Upstairs living room with large TV, DVD, Stereo with CD & Ipod dock. Second bathroom. Kitchen with Electric cooking facilities including microwave and dishwasher. Laundry with front load auto washing machine. Upstairs entertainment deck with magnificent ocean views and outdoor setting with gas BBQ.

Fully fenced pet friendly back yard with children's cubby house. 250 metres walk to the beach.
