Description

Contempory, award winning multi level Beach House located at the sand dunes of beautiful Tura Beach.
The property offers direct beach access to the ocean via a private gateway.
Swim, surf, fish, stroll to Tura Headland or just soak up the sun.
Beach House One is fully equiped for your comfort.

The master bedroom (king sized bed) has ensuite with spa bath/shower overlooking native backyard garden.
A second bedroom (2 single beds & trundle) is adjacent to the main bathroom.

The upstairs dining/kitchen/living/balcony area has beautiful ocean views and is fully equipped with microwave, walloven, benchtop hotplates, dishwasher, TV/VCR/DVD, hi fi system, WIFI connected, BBQ and outdoor setting.

On ground level there is ample undercover parking, full laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer & outdoor line) next to a grassed backyard with an outdoor shower.

Location

Tura Beach is only 5 minutes drive from central Merimbula, which is located on the Sapphire Coast of NSW. The beaches, lakes, estuaries, numerous golf courses, country charm and relaxing enviroment make it a haven for holiday makers.

For golfers, Tura Beach Country Clubs championship course is less than 300metres from Beach House One.

The house is perfect, breakfast on the balcony with the early morning sun and the rainbow lorikeets will remain in my memory forever.   • "The property is fabulous and very comfortable. Due to the great design of the house and its wall to wall and wall to floor windows, we barely felt any heat except when we went down to the garden and realised how hot it was! There was nothing that was missing - and included a family of friendly lorikeets that would even try to drink your coffee, if you weren't careful. Merimbula was exactly 5 minutes from the turnoff to the house (yes, we timed it!) Our girls loved the close proximity of the beach for their boogie boards and a bit of body surfing. The man of the family loved the beach for its fishing! The shops are just a couple of minutes up the road and the Tura Beach Country Club has golf, and tennis facilities as well as great food. (We thought that the food was better than Merimbula Bowls Club with which it is affiliated, which we also tried) We had a very relaxing time."
