The small community of Barwon Heads is proud of its built and natural heritage. There are wonderful walks to the Bluff, to the heritage listed Barwon bridge, to beaches including the surfing beach of Ocean Grove and to brilliant restaurants.
Fish off the bridge as the tide changes, swim in the river or ocean beaches, dine in restaurants from the slightly eccentric 'Barwon Orange' to the upmarket 'At the Heads' set between the bridge and the bluff, play a round of golf at either of two renowned golf courses only minutes away or just enjoy the shops and community feel.
