Parklands to the left and Cosmopolitan Adelaide City to the right. We barely used the car as everything was so close and easy to walk to. This is a must stay location. Highly Recommended.   • "For 5 blokes visiting for the cricket this house was perfect. Plenty of room and with a TV in each bedroom we couldn't have been happier. The outdoor areas were great to come home to after a hard day of cricket. The owners even provided some cricket magazines and the daily newspaper was a bonus.We even managed a game of Monopoly, other games were also provided.IGA which is walking distance was fantastic everything you need while on holiday. Fully licensed. More than 5 star quality. We can't rave enough about this house. Highly recommended."

  • "Wow what can we say. We had the priviledge of staying in this magnificent home for a week and were most impressed with the care given by the owners and the location of this lovely place. So spacious for a family of 6 and with the cooler nights how terrific it was to come home to an open fireplace that warmed the entire house in minutes. So cosy and easy. All the children had their own rooms and private entertainment facilities, while the parents enjoyed the luxury of the amazing large tv screen in the main lounge. Perfect. The local IGA was not only convenient but gourmet. Everything from Barossa Valley wines to homemade meals. Fantastic. This property is in a beautiful quiet street yet take a few steps into Hutt Street and you are surrounded by cafes, award winning restaurants and bars. It's the perfect location and not only will we be back but we will spread the word. Outstanding."

  • "The location of this townhouse was fantastic. Close to central market (10-15min walk), public transit (free bus 5-10 min walk; other bus stops 1 min walk; tram 10 min walk) and some of the attractions such as the botanical gardens. We found that it was a little more than a 5 minute walk to Rundel Mall so this is one of the few reasons we rated the place a four rather than a five. This place does not have broadband internet available but the owners do caters to those that would like it providing a mobile broadband connection upon request (costs extra $). A barbie would be a great addition for this place. The decor is great but can be a little overwheling. The gas stove in the living room worked well for taking the chill out of the air on the cooler May and June nights. Overall a great visit and would rent this place again if returning to Adelaide. "

This is not a serviced property, so give yourself some time to clean in the morning of departure. Ross and Andrea are wonderful hosts and were able to respond to our needs quickly.
