The townhouse (sleeps 9---7 adults and 2 children)) is set in a security complex, complimented with an inground pool and and fishing wharf. The north west aspect enhances the glorious sunsets and bright sunny days. Imagine waking to the sounds of the many varied native birds, breakfast to the majestic sight of pelicans low flying over the water and at night relax with your favourite drink and a BBQ as the sun sinks into the horizon. It is a very peaceful waterfront beside Pearson Park on Sunset Beach.

Acivities abound for young and old.If the onsite facilities are not enough,tennis courts are a 5 min walk, boat ramp and marina/restaurants within 400m and 3 top grade golf courses within a 15 min drive. Other local activities include golf practice range, sandhill toboggoning,camel riding and endless inner harbour beaches, and numerous surf beaches. There are local wineries and breweries. Inner harbour cruises including Dolphin watching cruises and outer ocean whale watching cruises. Ideally suited to families with children.
