Downstairs at the Albert Park Gatehouse comprises main bedroom with queen sized bed and ensuite, second bedroom with queen sized bed, and third bedroom with 2 singles. All bedrooms have fitted robes, quality beds and bed linen ensuring guest comfort. A central bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity and toilet.There is a European style laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs provides an expansive open plan living/dining area with direct access to a sensational, large balcony with outdoor dining and BBQ. The kitchen is very well equipped and appointed with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. A second living room provides TV/DVD and study. Upstairs is an additional powder room also.
Ducted heating throughout and reverse cycle aircon is provided upstairs. Secure off street parking with automated lock-up garage

Albert Park contains some of the best preserved terrace house and Victorian architecture in Melbourne and is part of a strict heritage-conservation area. You will find quiet, wide streets with mature trees and bluestone curbs, and double storey shops in the shopping village. Albert Park is bordered by the beach to the South, Albert Park Lake to the North, St Kilda and Middle Park to the East and Port Melbourne to the West. It is well connected by public transport so getting about is easy. The No 1 tram runs from Victoria Avenue in Albert Park through South Melbourne to the heart of Melbourne’s shopping hub in the city. The Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, Australian Grand Prix Track, Victoria Avenue shopping village just around the corner. Melbourne Cricket Ground, Rod Laver Arena, Arts Centre, Aquarium, Botanic Gardens and Museum are approx 20 minute away by tram.
