Elwood Vautier is an inspired Deco style apartment in a gorgeous refurbished building originally designed by J.Esmond Dorney. Modern brilliance ignites the senses & features include open-plan living and dining, (split system aircon/heating) soaked with natural light, chic kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher, a lovely courtyard with outdoor setting and BBQ, swish bathroom and compact European style laundry.

Fitted with luxurious finishes throughout, Elwood Vautier boasts classic Art Deco features including Italian balustrades, lead lighting & columned entrance alongside contemporary finishes.

Accommodation includes a large master bedroom with king sized bed and direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom is also of generous proportions with king sized bed which can split to two singles if required. Both bedrooms have ample storage with built in robes, and bedding is high quality ensuring guest comfort.

With views to Vautier Street, a beautiful tree-lined promenade in a location that inspires the romance of Paris…. enjoy beach strolls, dinner in the village. All just a few minutes walk.

Secure off street parking, broadband internet & all utilities included. Foxtel (basic plus sport) included.

As a member of the Boutique Stays group, this property has been personally inspected by our Managing Director, is serviced weekly to high quality standards and professionally maintained. We are also just a phone call away should you need anything during your stay.

Pet Stays are welcome by arrangement.

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 11:00am. We are more than happy to be flexible on these times depending on other bookings at the time.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
