This Holiday House is on the lake ( St. Georges Basin ) in the beautiful and tranquil Erowal Bay. It has the comfort of a clean and well kept home with stunning views across the lake and water activities that will keep you busy for hours. You will love swimming and playing in the warm shallow sandy waters or boating/skiing/fishing further out on the lake - the choice is yours! It is ideal for one or two families to holiday together. The sunsets on the lake are glorious and can be enjoyed night after night.
There is a large undercover outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor setting and tabletennis table to enjoy. A huge grassy area to play games on leads down to the waters edge. Downstairs with views over the lake is a rumpus area with a Snooker/Billards Table and also a small soccer game table (see photo).
There are 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed and ceiling fan. 3 of them have large built in wardrobes. Downstairs there are also 2 sets of bunk beds and 2 trundle beds. All beds have mattresses and pillows with protectors on but you must bring your own sheets, pillow cases and doona's/sleeping bags.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, and is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. There is a large breakfast bar around the kitchen bench with bar stools. The lounge overlooks the lake and garden, and has a TV, DVD and XBox player with plenty of games and movies provided.
There are 2 bathrooms each with shower, basin and toilet, and also an additional toilet in the laundry. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron + board, and 2 clothes airers. There is also a washing basket + pegs and a clothes line outside in the courtyard.
There is a large locked garage and plenty of off street parking.
The Jervis Bay beaches are minutes away with beautiful white fine sand and amazing clear aqua water. You have to see it to believe it! ( see the photo's).
Jervis Bay is one of the best places in Australia to see seals, dolphins, whales and kangaroo's.
There is always plenty to do :
So many water activities - dolphin and whale watching tours and cruises, fishing, kayaking, snorkelling, sailing, surfing, swimming.......the list goes on!
Stroll along one of the many bush walks in the Boderee National Park and see the brightly coloured rosellas, lorikeets and the many kangaroo's.
Activities like tennis, golf, horse riding, cycling.....
Places to visit - Maritime Museum at Huskisson, Picture Cinema at Huskisson, the 'Bloomin Art' art gallery at Vincentia.
A wonderful choice of local restaurants in Vincentia and Huskisson.
There are so many things to do here that once you discover how fantastic it is, you will want to come back again!

This house was the perfect venue for an extended family gathering. We had a wonderful weekend with plenty of room for our four families. There was plenty on offer regardless of weather and age. Played many games/tournaments providing much fun and laughter. Access to water was easy. We didn't need to go anywhere else for the whole weekend, which gave us heaps of time together to catch up.

A great house for a large group, wonderful views of the basin, not too far to a great coastal beach. A very safe beach 50m out the front for young children. Take the boat and canoes/kayaks.

This house was the perfect venue for a laid back birthday celebration - between the lake and the table tennis tournaments, the beautiful Hyams Beach and the pool table, there literally was something for everyone. Heaps of room for the 4 couples, great facilities, brilliant view - we're already planning our return journey next year.

Our 4-household family included adults, grandparents and kids (teens-toddlers), and every one of us had a delightful stay. All the games were appreciated (board games & X box) and the pool table and table tennis got a good work out too. The house is ideally situated on the edge of the water with great views from the deck and easy access to wading areas for young ones, launching small watercraft and fishing. Everything we could want or need was provided and all clean, neat, comfortable and well maintained. We're happy to recommend it and hope to stay again.

The house provided an easy and enjoyable holiday with three families, and three generations. It is beautifully organised, nicely presented and very pleasant to stay in, and close to lots of activities. There's plenty to do on rainy days. We loved the pool table and table tennis! And the kids loved the wallabies at the door and the lake-beach.

This place was amazing, a house suitable for a large group and slept us all comfortably. The girls loved the BBQ area and the decking which gave us a great view of the lake and we could just sit out there and chill. The lounge room I's bug enough to sit us all and the kitchen big enough to have at one stage 6 of us I'n there... Fantastic to see the natural wildlife and great to play soccer I'n the backyard. Recommend it to anyone. Was only 10-15min from our whale watching and bilo was 5mins away
We loved it

We stayed a group for a weekend and honestly could not have had a better time. The house was spectacular! We never ran out of things to do, whether it was playing table tennis or snooker,or having a BBQ, or even sitting on the large deck and enjoying the sunset. House is perfect for a getaway. The owner Jan was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with too. Answering any questions at any time of day. Will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely loved this house! We booked this house for the long weekend and we were kept entertained with a large selection of board games, pool table and a spacious back yard. The kitchen was well equipped and we could not have asked for anything more.
Jan was excellent and a great help when we had any problems. Thank you so much once again! Hope to stay here again soon!

The kangaroo's in the early moring was a treat for the children as they hooped up close to the house as we ate brecky.Would I go back ??MOST DEF,Thanks Jan and hubby for a excellent designed holiday house .

The house is great for a large group, plenty of room for everyone. The views are fantastic, especially the sunset. We took our kayak and it was easy to launch, the lake is very shallow in front of the house so safe for the young children to play in. Fortunately we had beautiful weather and did not need the great selection of DVDs and games.

This is a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Beautifully laid out house with ample room for everyone. Spectacular views of the bay, and the serenity is heaven. The kitchen is excellent with all appliances you could need. The pool table and the table tennis table were constantly on the go. We had no children with us but for those who do there is a multitude of games and videos to keep them entertained. Jan the owner is so easy to deal with and happy to oblige with any query.
Hope to stay again.

What a great house this is. Loads of space for people to spread out in, comfortable rooms and a lovely fireplace to warm the house in winter.
The view from the balcony was spectacular and admired by all in our group. We had a group of 7 adults (mix of girls and guys) and everyone commented on how great the house was.
The house is very well stocked for cooking and crockery and the bbq was very handy.
All in all a great place to stay and would recommend it anyone whether you're a family or a group of adults.

The house was amazing and the views stunning! I went here with my close friends for my birthday weekend and we had such a lovely time playing board games by the fireplace. The big bbq area at the backyard was also great for cooking up for 10 people! :) Sunday morning there was a lovely surprise for some of my friends who slept at the bedroom downstairs when they woke up and saw a kangaroo being chased after by the neighbours... they thought it was a cute sight! :) The owner Jan was so nice and has made sure that we would have a great time at the house. I would say it was one of the most memorable birthday's I've had! We are already planning of celebrating our Chrissie in July at the house again! :)

Our whole family had a fantastic time. This house had something for everyone. From the quiet relaxing areas to the pool table in the kids retreat and the X-Box if the weather is lousy - but it wasn't. The outlook was amazing - to be able to watch the water and the kids and their friends playing from the house was so convenient. Its been recently renovated so was very clean. We definately want to come back :)
