Beautifully appointed, Maison D'Plage (The Beach House) is situated adjacent to the beach and the Cut Golf Course in Dawesville.
A 3 storey villa, comprising 2 King size bedrooms with a spa in the main ensuite, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a fourth bedroom with 2 King single beds. It offers 2 generous lounge dining areas opening onto outdoor balconies over-looking the complex's pool & gazebo area, with spectacular views of The Cut Golf Course & the Peel Inlet beyond. It is a great place to entertain inside or out, using either the fully equipped gourmet kichen, the second kitchenette in the loft, or the barbeque facilities in the gazebo area.
Top quality fittings are used throughout with two bathrooms on the second level & a powder room on the ground floor. There is parking provided for two cars in the underground garage.
The Maison D'Plage villa is one of the 4 'towers' situated in The Links complex at Dawesville (Port Bouvard). The Links is a secure gated resort style complex situated between the ocean and The Cut Golf Course.
The villa is a 100 meter walk to Pyramids Beach and a short stroll to the The Cut Country Club, where you can either book in for a game of golf, enjoy a lovely breakfast, snack or drink at the Sprig Bar, or enjoy a sumptuous dinner at the Restaurant.
With north-east facing views across The Cut to the Peel Inlet you are protected from the sea breeze and can enjoy an afternoon relaxing on one of your private balconies.
Stroll to the Bouvard Channel, where your own jetty is waiting for you to enjoy fishing and crabbing.
For the golfers, Western Australia\'s number one world class golf course is located at The Cut, a short 5 minutes walk away. Or just take the day to sample what is on offer in and Mandurah itself; there are local cafes and shops only a short drive away.
