Relax by open fireplaces, on the veranda,under the HUGE kurrajong tree or gaze over the grounds as you bathe in the outdoor claw foot bath complete with hot & cold running water.

Trelawney Farm comprises two interlocking dwellings, The Coach House + Barn End Cottage, which combined accommodate up to 12 persons.

The Coach House is the original Colonial dwelling built in 1890. It consists of 3 bedrooms - one with a double antique iron bed, one with two single iron beds + a dedicated kids retreat with two single iron beds, 2 trundle beds and a kids corner complete with plasma to keep them entertained.

Seperate library with open fireplace, clawfoot bath + living with open fireplace.

Barn End Cottage is a delightful farmhouse which consists of 2 bedrooms - one double cast iron bed + two single cast iron beds.

Large combined living area with seperate dining, clawfoot bath + fireplace.

Prices

$650 to $1250 per night based on 10 persons - 2 night minimum weekend stay, 3 night minimum public holiday and special event weekends,
Surcharge school/public holidays and special events may apply.


On any given weekend the property lets on a whole of house basis with a minimum 2 night stay. In recent weeks we've added an additional 2 trundle beds enabling us to sleep 12 comfortably. The weekend tariff is $1250 for 10 people, use of either or both of the trundle beds is an additional $50 per bed per night, there is an additional $300 exit cleaning fee per stay and a $500 refundable bond.

On weeknights our rates and our letting combinations are a little more flexible. The property easily divides into 2 sections.

On a whole of house basis the weeknight letting tariff is $650 per night on any Sunday through Thursday combination with the exception of school holidays where the rate rises to $750 per night. The usual minimum stay, exit cleaning fee and bond still apply.

By section the rates are as follows: The Coach House which has 3 bedrooms & sleeps 6 (8 with the use of the trundles)- lets for $540 per night with an exit cleaning fee of $180 and Barn End Cottage which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 lets for $395 per night with a cleaning fee attached of $120 the normal bond & minimum stay requirements apply.

EXLUSIVE OFFER:
'Book two nights' accommodation and receive one additional night free. Valid on all mid-week bookings from Jan to Dec 2012 (excluding events, public + school holidays).


So as not to offend minimums are strictly applied. Group bookings are prefered.
