Ten minutes south of Batemans Bay you'll find the perfect place to stop and unwind. Our 25 acre property with rolling pastures and beautiful fern valleys is only a few minutes drive to beaches & shops and 10 minutes to Batemans Bay township.
In your 4-Star (self-rated) private house you can relax in the spa bath built for two, take a seat on the wide verandahs and enjoy the uninterrupted rural views or snuggle up in front of the wood fireplace in winter.
This spacious house has been only recently built and furnished with our guests' comfort and privacy in mind. The state forest is only across the road so if you like bushwalking or mountain biking you don't have far to go. Or just enjoy meandering through the bush tracks on the property.
Whether you're a family or a couple looking for that intimate retreat, this has everything you need. Breakfast hampers are also provided on arrival (bacon, eggs etc, cereals, spreads, juice), and all bedding, linen and towels are supplied.
For the kids we have ponies to pat, chooks, ducks, rabbits and Jane the Pig.
Be careful of the wallabies as you drive through the property and you can watch the family of kangaroos from your verandah. There's a wide range of birdlife, and the stars - unbelievable ...........
Horse Riding is also available on the property - enquire about our riding lessons and pony rides.
Longridge Farm is now open for horse riding lessons and pony rides. we can also provide trail rides for riders with some experience.
Our focus is on Natural Horsemanship here, so we not only teach you how to ride, but how to better communicate with horses in a language they understand.
We do individual and group lessons as well as School Holiday Camps.
