About Melbourne Apartments is a boutique self-catering apartment company, supplying a AAA Tourism Four **** Star rated modern, exclusive, spacious, luxury Two Bedroom Apartment to accommodate both the corporate and leisure traveler to Melbourne.

Our apartments feature the highest quality fixtures, fittings and features including: granite benches, parquetry flooring, open-plan lounge/dining rooms, state of the art kitchens and bathrooms, and bedrooms designed for sleeping comfort.

Kitchens feature Bosch SS appliances including oven, cook top and dishwasher. Other kitchen features include: microwave and full-size SS fridge.

Living areas feature 42\" Digital Plasma televisions and DVD players.

Bedrooms feature queen-size beds with highest quality latex mattresses.

Apartments also feature generous bathroom and laundry facilities including hairdryers, and washing machines and dryers.

Location

About Melbourne Apartments are located in the Melbourne CBD, in the Liverpool 16 building designed by well-known architect Daryl Jackson.

The building is located in Liverpool Street, a lane way which runs between Bourke and Little Bourke Streets (parallel with and in-between Exhibition and Spring Streets). Our apartments are located within close proximity to the Theatre district, China Town, Bourke Street tram stops and Parliament Train Station, and are only located a short tram ride from Melbourne’s best attractions, shopping precincts, bars and restaurants.

We are within easy walking distance to Rod Laver Arena, MCG, and Federation Square and only a quick tram ride to Telstra Dome, Queen Victoria Market, St Kilda beach, or the Lygon/Chapel Street dining/shopping precincts.

You could pamper yourself at one of the hairdressers or spas within 50 metres from our front door, or relax at one of the nearby award-winning cafes, restaurants or wine bars downstairs, perhaps the infamous Pelligrinis or Jamie Oliver’s new Fifteen Restaurant Melbourne, George Calombaris\'s Press Club, or the newest restaurant on the block MoVida!

Or you can simply walk to nearby Fitzroy gardens for a ‘barefoot in the park’ experience! Our inner-city location offers a luxurious boutique alternative for travelers, and an exciting array of activities to do or see close by!
