Anzac 12 is a fully self contained quiet & centrally located 2 bedrooms house.
The house is equipped with 2 large queensize bedrooms.

Other features are R/C Airconditioning, Ducted Gas Central heating, leather lounges, large plasma TV with surround sound, DVD/CD & polished floorboards.

The entertaining area features Electric BBQ, outdoor speakers nestled in the garden and outdoor mood lighting.

A new fully equipped kitchen featuring gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, & full size fridge/freezer compliment your stay.

The bathroom has bath, shower, heated towel rail & toilet while the laundry includes new washing machine & dryer.

For the business traveller Anzac 12 also has an office inc desk, chair & general stationary. A security system is also installed.

Off street parking is provided for several vehicles.

Anzac 12 is perfect for the weekend retreat for couples or as a base for the longer term corporate traveler.

"Fantastic home to stay in so clean and warm. Has everything that you need excellent decor and furnishings. So quiet we enjoyed our 4 nights wish we could have stayed longer.
