3 UNITS AVAILABLE
Unit 1 is air-conditioned and on ground level with a large fenced back yard. This is the largest of the units, is open plan and has a covered patio with barbeque out from the lounge. There are 3 bedrooms - all large. The main bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third has two singles. The family sized kitchen has good size fridge, stove and microwave and lots of cupboards and benchtop area.
Units 2 and 3, both airconditioned are on the 1st level and have balconies out from the lounge. Unit 2 overlooks the street and unit 3 overlooks the back yard. Once again the large kitchens are equipped with all the modern conveniences, and these two units have a dishwasher. The bedding configuration for Unit 2 is the same as Unit 1 except it has King Size single beds. Unit 3 has three queen beds and a single if needed.
The laundry is downstairs and situated behind the garages, and there is room for off street parking in front of each garage.

No need to use the car. It's only 200 mts to the beach.

This property is a block of 3 Units only and is the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy your holiday. In one direction just a few minutes walk away, you have the beautiful Mooloolaba beach and the esplanade with great shopping for those that desire, plus great restaurants, coffee shops and surf club. Just a short stroll in another direction is the Coles shopping complex with chemist, bank, newsagent, bottle shop and hotel. Underwater World and the Wharf with its shops, cafe's and hotel is also a few minutes walk and there is a free bus to Australia Zoo from River Esplanade each morning.
For those that wish to use the car it's only a 40min drive to Noosa and its busy shopping strip. A wonderful day could also be had in the mountains, visiting the fantastic shops of Montville and enjoying the spectacular views to the coast.

We have two young children and it was a relief to find somewhere that would provide (at no extra cost)a portacot and high chair, so that we didn't need to bring them from Sydney. Camaroo is very clean, close to the beach and Esplanade as well as Coles etc. There is garage for your car. We had the downstairs unit- very spacious.... we even found toys in the cupboard!!! Maureen and Larry made us feel so welcome the minute we arrived and through our stay. They were warm and friendly and treated us like family. Unit very reasonably priced."

We have an active 3 year old who loved running around in the back yard and playing under the covered patio. Unit was great, beds very comfortable, only 5 mins walk and on the beach, in the grocery store or having a vino in hand! Owners just lovely- plan to stay again x2 in 2010. I was so impressed by the location (walking distance to everything), the cleanliness (spotless), the size of the apartment, garden and communication with the owner. I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly suprised that you don't need to stay at the bigger hotels to receive quality. Bedrooms were all a good size. Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks Helen"

  • "The unit is spacious, pristine and very comfortable. The sheets and towels were of a very high quality. The children loved playing, and picking fresh tomatoes, in the garden. The location was perfect - very quiet, but only minutes from the centre of Mooloolaba. We saw the inside of a 4.5 star holiday apartment around the corner, and it was not a patch on Camaroo. We have already recommended Camaroo to numerous friends and family. "
