Unit 1 is air-conditioned and on ground level with a large fenced back yard. This is the largest of the units, is open plan and has a covered patio with barbeque out from the lounge. There are 3 bedrooms - all large. The main bedroom and second bedroom have queen beds, and the third has two singles. The family sized kitchen has good size fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave and lots of cupboards and benchtop area.
Units 2 and 3, both airconditioned are on the 1st level and have balconies out from the lounge. Unit 2 overlooks the street and unit 3 overlooks the back yard.
Once again the large kitchens are equipped with all the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher. The bedding configuration for Unit 2 is 2 Queen beds and 2 King Size single beds.
Unit 3 has three queen beds and a single if needed. Both of these units have large modern leather lounges.
The laundry is located downstairs with ample drying lines for all 3 units and there is 1 car space of off street parking per unit.
No need to use the car. It's only 200 mts to the beach.
This property is a block of 3 Units only and is the perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy your holiday. In one direction just a few minutes walk away, you have the beautiful Mooloolaba beach and the esplanade with great shopping for those that desire, plus great restaurants, coffee shops and surf club. Just a short stroll in another direction is the Coles shopping complex with chemist, bank, newsagent, bottle shop and hotel. Underwater World and the Wharf with its shops, cafe's and hotel is also a few minutes walk and there is a free bus to Australia Zoo from River Esplanade each morning.
For those that wish to use the car it's only a 40min drive to Noosa and its busy shopping strip. A wonderful day could also be had in the mountains, visiting the fantastic shops of Montville and enjoying the spectacular views to the coast.
