"By The Sea' offers breathtaking views across Jervis Bay taking in the magnificent colours of the Blue water and white sand that Jervis Bay is well known for.
This Property is a real waterfront with exclusive access to swimming, fishing, water sports or boating via your own private jetty.
The home is set on quarter of an acre with a fresh leafy garden in a very quiet and private area.
By the Sea is strictly a maximum of 6 people staying and strictly a minimum stay of 2 nights.
'By The Sea' offers a fully equipped kitchen, 3 queen bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, 1 main bathroom with bath and a small ensuite, Linen and Towels are supplied. Living area and Kitchen is open plan, Plasma TV with Austar and DVD.
The home is well self contained and is cleaned and serviced upon your departure. There is also a large outdoor covered in area with BBQ and outdoor setting. The Garden house is great spot to watch the activity on the water whether it be the dolphins, boating or the great scenery, also a perfect spot in the evening for a cool drink in summer.
A canoe is tied up to the Jetty for your use to explore Currambene Creek and its wonderful marine life. Fishing is permittted from the Jetty or it is just a great spot to park yourself and watch the boating activity pass you by. A short 30 mtr paddle in the canoe takes you across to Myola and Callala Beach which is a lovely stretch of beach of 8 kms which is quiet and secluded.
Location
'By The Sea' is located on the edge of Huskisson known for fine dining and cafes.
Within walking distance to your holiday home is Public Tennis Courts, playing fields, Cricket Nets, the quaint Picture Theatre, restaurants and cafes, and a large variety of shops.
The newly renovated Huskisson Pub which has been tastefully transformed is a great place for a meal or even just their coffee and deserts are to die for.
Local Attractions
If you wish to explore further than the beautiful beach at your doorstep. There are many beautiful beaches within the area, Hyams beach, Collingwood beach, Greenfields beach and many more beautiful sights to see.
Fantastic bush walks through the National Park and Boodoree Botanical Gardens. Lady Denman Heritage Centre, Emu Farm, Craft & Antique shops, Cafes. Boat Ramps are near by, Whale and dolphin Cruises, shops and restaurant facilities all just a stroll away.
The property is in a perfect position if you are a keen Stand up Paddle Boarder or even if you are a keen one to give it a go, hire of boards are available at the local Kayak shop in Huskisson. Paddle just 50 m from your jetty to the spit to catch some small easy going waves or just paddle up currambene creek - great fun!
