Description

This is the perfect house for a family/ families/ reunion or group. It is on Lake Mulwala, on the NSW side so has absolute use of the foreshore, with lots of outside and inside areas and can accommodate 9-16 people. Prices vary from $300 off peak midweek to $500 peak times. If you mouse over the calendar dates you want the price automatically displays.

The house has all the facilities you could want, a fabulous location, superb views, with space and privacy adjoining crown land. You have your own private jetty for fishing, swimming or feeding the ducks, swans and pelicans. You can launch your boat from the backyard and ski from your yard. You can visit wineries or play golf.

The open plan dining, lounge and kitchen enjoys unparalleled and undisturbed views of the lake. You look at water, garden or bush land from all rooms. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a near new 900 cm gas stove. There are 3 couches in the lounge room, a TV and a DVD.

There is a second living area for quiet escape or different groups to congregate and it has a TV, board games and games coffee table.

There is a third TV in the garage as this can be used as a rumpus or retreat room with double full length window views of the lake and a table tennis table. Folded up, there is plenty of room for your car or boat.

There are four bedrooms, two are exceptionally large and have ensuites, one with a bath as well as a shower. These rooms both have a queen bed and one has a futon. There is a fold out double and fold out single matress in the cupboard in the other large bedroom, that you can make up for extra guests. The third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth a double bed. All have built in wardrobes and sets of drawers. A day bed is made up in the study and linen is available for you to make up the sofa bed in the study if required.

Bedding for 9 is made up and linen is provided so that 16 can sleep in the house if required.

The bathroom has two basins and a shower and toilet and also laundry facilities/ washing machine.

There is ducted heating and cooling to every room.

The hot water system is instantaneous natural gas, so will not run out and can be temperature controlled for safety of users.

Unlike units and townhouses, this house has numerous outdoor areas on 3 sides of the house, all with lake views but you can choose to be in the sun, shade, on grass, patio or verandah, or different people can be in different areas so you can be sociable or enjoy some solitude and quiet. There is room for ball games and a bocce set and cricket set are provided. There are two outdoor settings and a large gas barbecue. There is plenty of room for boats and cars.

There is a fenced area for children’s protection. Pets are allowed on the property, provided they do not go in the house and are cleaned up after.

The house is smoke free.

You can get a courtesy bus to and from the three licensed clubs.

If you like golf you have 45 holes in Mulwala and more clubs within 30 minute drive. The house is very suitable for golf groups and can accommodate couples or singles.

This is a great location for wine lovers being central to the famous Rutherglen, Monichino and local wineries.

Bath towels and tea-towels are provided plus starter kit for kitchen, bathroom and laundry needs.
