Description

This cottage is great value right by the Indian Ocean. The main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed and two single beds (bunks) are in the second bedroom. The lounge and dining room have just been furnished with new stylish furniture. Two portable air-conditioning units are available for cooling.

Perth offers world class warm summers with seemingly endless cloudless days. North Beach is a premier beach suburb of Perth located immediately north of the popular surf beaches of Trigg and Scarborough.

The oceans edge is at the end of the street just 100m away from this cottage. The protected beach is perfect for kids to provide for safe snorkeling.

Walking/Cycle paths extend for kilometers along the beach to the north and south.

The North Beach shops are 150m away and includes an IGA supermarket, butcher, news agency and liquor store. Quality beachfront cafes are within 500m.

The major shopping center at Karinnyup is also a 5 minute drive away. Perth airport is less than 30 minutes drive from the doorstep.

WHAT TO DO

Relax on the beach.

Coastal cafes are only a short stroll from this residence.

The popular surf beaches of Trigg and Scarborough are close by.

The Trigg and North Beach natural bush land reserves are an easy walk from here. Excellent walking/mountain biking paths cut through these reserves.

The Rottnest Island Ferry departs from the nearby Hillarys Marina. The marina offers scuba charters, fishing charters and whale watching. The famous AQWA marine aquarium is also located here along with the Breakwater Tavern and a fantastic kids fun park with water slides. Various shops and sensational cafes attract thousands of people to this area on weekends.

There are two large regional shopping centres a short drive away
containing cinema complexes.

Perth city and the magnificent central Kings Park can be visited easily and quickly via public transport.
