Located in the Darwin suburb of Northlakes, the home of Darwin Golf Club. The house is only minutes away from Darwin Airport, Marrara Sporting complex including TIO Stadium, Crocodylus Park and Darwins largest shopping centre Casuarina. The city of Darwin is a 15 minute drive away.
The three bedroom spacious house has all you need for a short or long stay. It backs onto a park with a childrens playground and plenty of room to kick a football. This house is child friendly with highchair/porta cot supplied. It is also an ideal base to visit Darwin's attractions, have a round of golf or indulge in a spot of fishing or alternatively if you just want your own space whilst visiting friends or relatives.
HOUSE FACILITIES
There are three bedrooms, the main has an ensuite and Queen sized bed. The second has a double and single bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed and single with sliding door access to outside. All bedrooms are airconditioned with ceiling fans. There is a second bathroom with shower over the bath and seperate toilet.
The living area is open plan with modular lounge, TV and DVD player and a selection of DVD's. The fully equiped galley kitchen has all you need with a microwave/gas stove,oven/fridge/dishwasher and all utensils. The dining table sits 6, and there are kitchen bar stools. An indoor laundry has a washing machine. Both the living area and dining/kitchen are fully airconditioned with ceiling fans.
You can enjoy Darwins fabulous warm weather with an outdoor dining area and BBQ to eat alfresco. The private back garden is fully fenced with only one fence shared by a neighbour, as the house backs onto a park with a grass verge access on the otherside. A large saltwater swimming pool is child safe being fully fenced with a lockable gate.

Single bed can be put into the main which gives the option of sleeping up to 9 people. If you would like this option please let us know a $50.00 per bed fee applies.
Check in time is 3pm, Check Out time is 10am. If you are arriving on a early morning flight we suggest that you book the night prior. A Late check out can be arranged, if house is available at a 1/2 day rate.

Very happy with the service provided by Tracy and her family. Very clean and more than adequate for a group to stay. Close to everything u would need . I recon Michaels comments are for another property as they do not relate to this property in any way. The owners are obviously proud to present this home to rent and we would stay again.

This is a great place to stay, central to everything and close to airport. Tracey had bread and milk and other staples ready for us which is great when flying in late at night. This house is great for large groups as there is plenty of room and great for children. Our children spent all their time in the pool and even when we were out doing the tourist thing, all they kept saying is "when can we go back to the house and have a swim". The playground was also great for the children. We would like to thank Tracey for sharing her house in Darwin and would highly recommend it.

went to use a knife they were all dirty like someone use it and just put it back so had to go buy throw away stuff as i couldnt use any of it and eat take away and we got the place so we didnt have to do that the hot water was a pain had cold showers for 4 days which i hate but most p off about the pool was not clean should have been done before we got there and i had asked if it was good for people who were disabled so after my man cleaned the pool i fell {jumped} in had a great swim then when to get out and the step was about 2ft hight so found it hard to get out took me about 1 hour to do that then was in pain for 3 days and had problems walking as i broke my back 5 years before so to walk up stairs is hard so i used the pool once was not happy and will not go back there

What an amazing holiday! Bringing my family home to Darwin to see where I grew up and experience the lifestyle that is so unique to Darwin was so exciting and to stay in this house took our holiday from great to amazingly awesome!! Tracy and her family made it so comfortable and welcoming it was amazing, all the little extra touches that leave you wanting for nothing! Amazing Amazing Amazing! The family enjoyed it so much that we have vowed to make a trip home to Darwin on a much more regular basis. This house has it all... relaxing area, gorgeous pool, convinently located and plenty of room. Loved it!! Thank you so much for makeing our stay so memorable!!

A fantastic house to stay at, Tracy told me just to pack my clothes and arrive and she wasn't kidding, everything is there to entertain both my wife and I and the kids, we spent time in the pool, watching the Olympics, movies and relaxing.
A quiet area with a walk across the road to the 17th hole on Darwin golf course. Great acess to all the major attractions with Darwin city 10mins away and Casurina just a short drive.
We have already rebooked and will stay here regularly, great value for money.

I recommend this lovely house to anyone staying in Darwin. Tracey looked after us right from day one & this houes has everything needed & the pool was fantastic. I must say the area is so quiet & beautiful, away from all the hussle & with a small shopping centre just down the road what more could you ask for. We all really enjoyed the house and we could not believe the facilities and extra���s that we had access to. My mother felt at home and was disappointed to have to leave, she had the room in the back of the house with the flowers and trees, she just loved it.
It was obvious you have put a lot of thought into how you present and what you want people to feel when they stay because it was a very comfortable feeling from the start.

We could not have chosen a better place for our visit to Darwin. After a long flight from Scotland we had a home from home in very pleasant, immaculate and peaceful surroundings. First i would like to say the house meeted us beyond our expectations.The home owner tracy was so lovely and accomodated us with everything we needed for our stay.If you have children the house was greatly fitted out with everything dvds,playstaion & toys for my 18mth old.The kids and us adults loved the pool and the house was so lovely.I highly reccomend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay and will definatly stay her again.

Absolutely fantastic !!!
Arriving in the early hours we were greeted with welcoming lights and the ceiling fans whirring quietly away.
The special touch of provisions for a breakfast were a welcome surprise.
Everything you can think of is provided in this wondeful home, right down to inflatable toys for the pool.
Perfectly located, and an easy drive into the city centre.
I can't say enough about this property, highly recommended.

This is really the ideal accommodation for anyone staying in Darwin. The location is great - close to airports, shopping centres and attractions. Tracey has thoughtfully provided everything you and your family could possibly want in a home away from home. The house is large and filled with treasures such as a toybox full of toys, a unit full of dvds, a playstation, a psntry with essentials that you might forget, a wonderful pool with toys, a tramp for the kids, - right down to providing a welcoming loaf of bread and milk for your arrival. Easily the best accommodation our family has had the pleasure of staying in over our extensive travelling history. Well done Tracey - it was a delight to stay!!!

This house was exactly what we needed for our stay in Darwin. Our group was two families travelling together and the set up of the house was ideal, with enough beds, two bathrooms and plenty of linen. We found everything we could possibly need for our stay. The little touches meant so much, like the fridge and pantry items that greeted us on arrival, most welcome as our flight arrived at 4.00am! Especially great for our children who occupied themselves in the pool and when too tired made use of the playstation and/or TV. Location was good. Nice quiet suburb. It was so great we are already trying to plan our next visit. Thanks again!!!

My family and I had a very enjoyable stay at Northlakes. The house has a lovely energy and you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, crocery and cutlery. The house has a very comfortable feel about it, and the swimming pool is just the right size for a family to enjoy. The whole property is also quite private and there is plenty of space in the house to allow everyone to 'spread out'. We loved our stay very much.

Thankyou Tracey It was a fabulous stay. We would recommend this place to anyone. With three boys we were worried a bit about keeping everyone happy, but the house was well equipped with entertainment E.G. dvds, playstations,swimming pool, close proximities to shops, beaches etc. lovely spacious house where everyone could have their private area if needed, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Best of all was the late night flights arriving into Darwin like ours was and arriving at the house with full coffee making facilities and snacks eg. milk, bread,butter etc. A lovely welcome. Also a great variety of dvds, a lot we hadn.t seen, hence a lot of late nights to bed. For family orientated accommodation or group. Excellent. Will definitely stay again. A nice friendly family touch
