Bayside Deckorum Wynnum/Manly captures beautiful local views and the wonderful Moreton Bay breezes onto 3 separate upper level decks. This totally renewed 2 storey, 4 bedroom (3 Queen) home can accommodate a maximum of 12 + people plus 2 infants and would be ideally suited for 2 couples sharing with young children or a large family.The upper sleeping level has beautiful polished floors and fans to each bedroom. The Master Queen bedroom has a luxurious en-suite, walk in robe and a magnificent deck. The second & third Queen bedrooms also have private decks. While the 4th bedroom accommodates the children in bunk beds with extra mattresses if required. 2 portable cots are available. All linen (including cots) and towels are supplied at no extra cost.

The lower level is air conditioned and has fans, is fully tiled and has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with a separate media room, laundry, toilet and external entertainment area, dine inside or out, BBQ supplied. The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and wok. There is a TV with inbuilt DVD, CD player, washing machine and internet access is supplied (bring your own laptop).

We aspire to a child friendly environment with 2 high chairs, 2 portable cots, stair gates provided and fenced yard. There is a children’s covered playground within eyesight of the house.

What to do locally

While staying in the Wynnum/Manly area enjoy the local village atmosphere (10 min walk) & scenery with a short stroll or cycle along the esplanade taking in the wonderful Island views of St. Helena, Moreton, Stradbroke, Mud, & Green Islands. Visit the boardwalk, wading pool, local clubs (RSL, Footy & Bowls), Sunday markets at Manly, local Yacht & boating clubs and Manly Marina. Golfing enthusiasts take a 2 minute walk to the golf course. Take the train (5 min walk) to the River City and Southbank. 20 min drive to city or airport, 10 min drives to Chandler sports complex, Port of Brisbane & M1 Gateway Motorway to Gold or Sunshine Coast or Westward.
