Dolphin's Leap Beach House will definately take your breath away from the moment you drive up & realise how close you are to the beautiful Doddi's Beach which happens to be one of the best swimming beaches in Mandurah. This is also one of the few North Facing Ocean Front Homes in Mandurah. The house is called Dolphin's Leap as you can watch from the upstairs balcony, which overlooks the Indian Ocean and on many occasions you can see the Dolphins Leap from the ocean as they swim by.

When you walk through the front doors and enter the grand foyer with the sweeping staircase leading to the upper level you will be impressed.
This house is situated in an ideal location and is next door to the Dome Cafe. It is close enough to stroll into the town centre to enjoy the restaurants, cafe's & bars or it is a short drive in the car.
There are plenty of walkways & cycle paths for the energetic minded people, also 3 nearby Golf Courses (Mandurah Country Club at Halls Head, Meadow Springs Country Club & The Cut at Dawesville)
Reading Cinemas, The Performing Arts Centre, Kings Carnival & Dolphin Quay are all within easy distance of Dolphin's Leap. You will be impressed with the many boutique style shops, markets and cafe's at Dolphin Quay.

This is a very stylish well appointed home and can sleep 9 people comfortably or 11* people on request.
*An additional 2 people can be accommodated on foldaway beds with all linen supplied there is an extra cost for foldaway beds, and extra people. (see pricing)

Also upstairs is a Massive Balcony Area at the front of the house overlooking the Indian Ocean you can watch the activity of the day with the boats in the bay, the swimmers at the beach, families having BBQ's, maybe spot a Dolphin or just relax and unwind whilst the sun sets.

The house has a fabulous outdoor entertaining area complete with BBQ and outdoor setting, which overlooks the heated swimming pool, this leads onto a secured garden play area.
At the front of the house there is a large shaded veranda area where you can take in the ocean views and afternoon sea breezes whilst watching all the activity go by.

RENTAL & BOOKING CONDITIONS ~

PLEASE NOTE: Our rental & booking conditions before you request to stay at Dolphin's Leap. This property is suited to families, couples or groups wanting to have a good time not a unruly disruptive time as this could lead to eviction and loss of deposit.

1/ SCHOOL LEAVERS PARTIES ARE NOT TOLERATED so please do not request a booking as refusal may offend. Also please do not book this property on behalf of your school leaver as you will risk loosing your Booking Fee, Security Bond & Tariff. Security will evict unwanted guests.

2/ SECURITY PATROLS - The Property is monitored by a security company and any unruly behaviour could see guests evicted with loss of Bond.

3/ BOOKING FEE of $200.00 must be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed by phone or email. Delay in paying this fee will result in your tentative booking being cancelled and your requested dates will be unblocked and made available to the public again. Once Booking Fee has been receipted it will become non-refundable should you cancel for ANY reason. But if the booking goes ahead as planned this fee will form part of your tariff.

4/ SECURITY BOND of $1000.00 must be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival, with balance of tariff. This Bond will be held for the duration of your stay. It is held to cover any damage to the property, any items missing from the property after departure and any additional cleaning to the property above and beyond what our normal cleaning of the property would take. We only request that the property be left in a similar condition to when you arrived.

5/ RETURN OF SECURITY BOND of $1000.00 will be returned in full within 1 week after departure. But NOT BEFORE we have completed a final inspection of the house for:- Keys Returned, Damage, Breakages, Cleanliness, Inventory of Contents, Cooking Utensils and Appliances Cleaned & Returned to Cupboards & General Tidiness. Should all of this check list be in satisfactory order then full monies will be returned to the forwarding address on Booking Form or you can supply your bank details for a direct deposit transaction. Credit card transactions will be transferred back to credit card. If there are any issues your money will be returned less expenses with an itemized break-down of costs.

6/ TARIFF - Full payment of tariff must be received no later than 7 days prior to arrival, along with Security Bond. You will need your receipt number to collect keys for entry into the property.

7/ ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES - Check-In Time from 2:00pm & Check-Out Time is before 10:00am. These times are negotiable if no other guests are leaving or arriving on the same day.

8/ GENERAL - We have years of local knowledge so please do not hesitate to email us with your questions, should you decide to stay.
