This place is amazing... The apartment is so spacious and the hosts are so welcoming! We had our 2 small children with us, (Thank you for leaving him the finger puppets and toys, he loved the place!) The location had us right where we needed to be and we had an amazing weekend... Thank you... Definately Recommend!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Gay and Rob's, beautiful apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, loved the scrummy goodies on arrival and beautiful muffins. Location was perfect, short walk to the water and a short drive around to the main beach.
We would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Palmy.

My family (2 adults, 2 kids under the age of 4), had a lovely stay at the TenThirtyFour apartment. It was clean and uncluttered (which was great with kids). Owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great location, walked to beach, cafes, RSL and gourmet deli. Would highly recommend staying here and will absolutely be back again

We have two little children and Gay made us feel so welcome on our arrival esp ecially with milk and fruit available and her bubbly personality was refreshing throughout our stay. Rob was extremely kind to us as well dropping us in palmy beach area for a wedding we were attending. The homemade organic treats were sensational - muffins, cookies, chcolate. We loved the clean crisp nature of the apartment and the fact it was child friendly.

Travelling with a young baby isn't always easy but Gay was super helpful during our short two night stay in Palm Beach. There was some milk tea fruits and chocs on arrival which was much appreciated, and Gay's positive attitude and NewYork energy is infectious. Palm beach itself has got sublime scenery - a penisula with sailing on one side and waves on the other. Food in the RSL across road is good, but worth heading down to the boathouse for some of the best seafood we've had. Even when there's no big swell it's worth getting in the water just to splash about in a seriously pretty spot with canoes and Standup paddlers on the pitt water side, and boogie boarders and surfers on the beach side.

I have often used stayz but this has to the best property that I have stayed in. Rob and Gay are the perfect hosts who went over and above to make us feel welcome. The apartment is beautifully decorated and every comfort has been well thought out. Plenty of towels, l'Occitane for the shower, organic milk in the fridge and even a pre-surf delivery of freshly made muffins! It's really more than a rental apartment, it's a perfect getaway! Cant wait to visit again and I recommend it to any couple and family.

We absolutely loved this property! We stayed for 1 week & could have easily stayed another. Rob & Gay are your dream hosts where nothing was a problem.
The apartment was very well maintained, and fully equipped with all that you could possibly need. We loved the outdoor patio & BBQ area for breakfast & dinner everyday. Sunday we received freshly baked organic muffins baked that morning by Gay. Scrumious! Well worth the visit - Tammy - Sweden

My Partner and I had the most relaxed stay in your gorgeous apartment. It was spotless and private complete with luxurious L'Occitane products and crisp white linen. The added touches made us feel so pampered. Thankyou Gay and Rob for a wonderful stay and also being so generous with us with regards to timing;we left feeling very relaxed and rested and wanting to come back soon.We will definitely tell our friends.
