The Hideway is just that. Feeling jaded...a couple of days here will feel like a month. It has been constantly referred to as a 'good feel' home - full of gracious quality and charm.
Enjoy the ambience, let the stress strip away.
There are various 'nooks' - curl up with a book, sit in front of the fireplace, or simply let the magic of Coochie work on you and do absolutely nothing, or then again you could enjoy the in-house movies available - you have about 1000 to choose from.
Feeling active. Walks around the island will get you started for the day - stroll the lovely beaches or meander through the 'wetlands' that have been preserved for the many species of birds that frequent our lovely island.
Peacocks stroll the island while the kookaburras will probably become your alarm clock; the curlews tend to provide the background music, at nights especially; while the various rosella parrots, galahs and numerous species of birds will amaze you.
Enjoy your golf - bring your clubs, or hire can be arranged for reasonable rates.
Tennis courts available on the island.
The Resort offers entertainment and fine dining should you feel like some 'night life.
Many talented artists abound on the island. Enjoy discovering them and mixing with the locals. Why not visit our local 'Dirt On A Shirt' man - take home some local crafts.
