You can see the beach from your driveway and walk to beautiful Geographe Bay in 1 minute. The Fantastic Port Geographe Marina is at the end of the street - great for fishing and watching the yachts sail by.
Nestled on a quiet street facing the ocean for cool sea breezes. This Modern home has everything ready for a Relaxing Family Holiday. The Blue Waters Beach House has two separate air conditioned living areas both with TVs and DVDS. Separate Lounge Room with Flat Screen TV, DVD, Foxtel and play station games provided. Beds and mattresses in all Bedrooms all linen provided including beach towels.
There are plenty of books and magazines to read. Air hockey, soccer table, Totem Tennis and Board Games for the kids.
Stroll down the beach to watch the dolphins play, or take a ride along the cycle path that follows Geographe Bay.

The picturesque town of Busselton is a top tourist town and has something for everyone. Over 30 km OF PRISTINE WHITE SANDY BEACHES, stretching endlessly in both directions which is great for windsurfers, water skiers, fishing, snorkelling and diving.
Ideally the town of Busselton is on a North facing beach so the strong Westerly winds become a cool ocean breeze most afternoons, this makes the beach useable all day and evening.
The dive wreck HMAS Swan sits in the protected waters of Geographe Bay(Dunsborough) making it 'diveable' almost 10 months of the year. The famous BUSSELTON JETTY, the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere, stretches almost 2km out over the beautiful blue water of Geographe Bay. Take the train to the end with its UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY which descends 8m to the seabed is a definite must see. There are excellent Cafes, Restaurants, Art & Craft Galleries, Sporting/Family Entertainment facilities and HISTORICAL ATTRACTIONS. Busselton makes an excellent base from which to explore the South West Region with DUNSBOROUGH, MARGARET RIVER WINE REGION and AUGUSTA close by.
Travel through this famous wine area and enjoy the wine tasting, a meal at one of the many great restaurants and at the same time visit the large number of art and craft galleries.
