This unique waterfront family holiday home has everything and more for you to enjoy a fantastic getaway.
This large spacious open plan house sleeps up to 8 people, ideal for sharing with family and friends.
Bring your own boat or enjoy the supplied row boat, kayak and kid's canoe.
With amusement machines, pool table and ping pong on site you won't need to find something to do if the weather's not ideal.
If you do go out, located 5 mins drive is Tuggerah Mall with its cinema complex, DJ's, Target and Woolworths.
Just around the corner are the local shops with Coles, chemist, post office and tavern.

ACCOMMODATION:
Tydes has 3 bedrooms and is ideally suited for up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed
The 2nd Bedroom is a large "family-friendly" room with a queen bed plus a double fold-out sofa bed.
The 3rd bedroom contains 2 single beds.

All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs.
Also upstairs is the main bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet), and there is also a separate toilet adjoining the main bathroom.
There's another toilet & shower downstairs.

Tydes can cater from couples to families (plus doggies) as there is plenty of room and plenty to do on site, especially if you're into boating, indoor games or just lazing around. It is a very comfortable place to stay and is situated just a short drive from shops for food, etc. Walkers can easily explore the area and take in the beauty of the lake, river or rural scenery."

"Our family had a great time at this house. There were many activities for varying interests that kept everyone well entertained. Being able to fish for leisure directly from the backyard was a pleasant experience. The beds were also very comfortable, located deliberately in line with lovely views (especially in the mornings). Highly recommended to anyone thinking of staying in view of a relaxing holiday. "

"TYDES is a wonderful home, beautifully cleaned and everything you will need from the soft towels to the fun of a pool table. TYDES has loads of room and close to the best shopping complex. It was perfect for 8 ladies to celebrate a 50th birthday. I recommend this home if you want to get away with a group of friends or for a family holiday. The owners are very hlpful too. You will love it."

"We fell in love with the house, has everything to offer, the games room was fantastic, we spent majority of our stay playing games, fishing from the jetty & just relaxing in the garden area. We tied our boat to the back wharf which was a great help- boat ramp is literally 2 doors up, plenty of room for trailer parking in yard also. House is immaculate with all comforts. We will be back!! "
