This cozy and modern split level, 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom, brick holiday home, is ideally suited to couples or friends/small families travelling togther. Intimate enough to make it a popular choice with honeymoon couples and roomy enough to be a relaxing home for a small group.

It features well appointed kitchen, contemporary sun soaked living area, LCD TV, DVD player as well as a book and dvd collection for use during your stay. The north facing spacious covered sun deck has outdoor seating for 6 and gas bbq.

Art on Hart is conveniently located in a quiet residential street, within Bermagui. Approximately 500 metres to the river and walking distance to the beach.

Art on Hart comes with full quality bed linen, towels and basic toiletries. We can even supply breakfast hampers and bbq packs on request or why not have a local seafood platter delivered to your door.

Sorry but pets and fishing groups are not permitted. For your comfort no smoking is allowed either in or around the property.

Art on Hart's kitchen is well appointed, whether keeping your Bermagui pizzas warm or cooking up a storm.

The north facing covered deck, has seating for 6, and a gas bbq is conveniently situated, just waiting for your prawns to sizzle away.

Art on Hart has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It is a split level (5 steps) home with the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper level (street level) and living areas, kitchen and deck on the lower level. Master bedroom has a wickedly comfortable queen size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have double beds. Master bedroom has a walk in robe and direct access to the 2 way bathroom and toilet is separate.

All rooms have built in robes and a portable cot is available at no additional charge.

Portable heating and fans are included.
