Alloway farm is a recently completed Homestead, set on 108 acres of beautiful rural land, only 4 minutes to Smiths lake, and 10 minutes to Seal Rocks.
The North-easterly aspect, soaring cedar cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, and a wrap around verandah ensure cooling breezes and comfort, summer round.
A huge open fire in the lounge room provides cosy and romantic evenings in the winter.
Polished spotted gum floors,chef's kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms( including a claw foot bath),spacious living areas and expansive covered decks, plus the convenience of single level, are features of this house.
