It was a beautiful house in a wonderful location with every possible added comfort for your convenience.
Living in harmony with the environment both inside and outside adds to the pleasure of any location. While this property lacks water views you can hear the waves and are only a short walk to the beach. This home is a good example of restrained and assured architecture which adds subtle pleasure to even short stays. There is just enough evidence of the owner to suggest a rich and interesting life and this adds warmth to your experience. Suffolk Park is a sleepy and relatively unspoiled hamlet south of Byron Bay and even on a busy long weekend we were insulated from madding crowds that were in evidence elsewhere. This property property provided a very enjoyable sojourn for the hard to please traveller.
We stayed at Abbies in July 2006. We had a reunion with a few old friends. Abbies was the perfect place for all of us to come together and relax and chill out in the tranquil atmosphere.
Abbies pays attention to detail and is very comfortable wherther it be a group or couple.
We hope to return anually and recharge our souls.
