The complex has a swimming pool and BBQ area and is closely located to the SkyCity Casino, Tennis Courts, the Mindil Markets, the Botanical Gardens and the Darwin Golf Club just 1-minute walk away.

Mindil Beach is famous for the food, live music, sunsets, and occasionally extravagant fireworks.

Other attractions close by is The Doctors Gully fish feeding and a number of interesting WW2 Sites.

The Stoke's Hill Warf and Cullen Bay dinning districts are 15 to 20 minutes walk and boast some of Darwin's best and most affordable restaurants.

Free onsite above ground and under ground car parking is also available.

Bedding & Check-in/Check-out

The bedding arrangement consists of a new Queen size pillow-top ensemble in one bedroom.

The second bedroom consists of your choice of either a new King size bed or 2 x King-single beds. This new bed has a zipper up the middle which joins or separates the bed depending on your requirements.

Please state your requirements when booking so the correct formation can be made-up for your arrival.

All linen is provided.

Self-check-in can be done at any time after 2pm on the day of your arrival. Self check-out is around 10am on the day of departure. This can be flexible if there are no booking either side of your booking.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

All payments can be made by direct deposit.
Only received payment will confirm a booking.

All cancellations must be made 7 days before the due arrival date for a full refund.

A partial refund of 50% will apply for all cancellations made with less then 7 days notice.
