The residence has a recently completed decor of natural timber and rock features throughout, with an earthy theme for a romantic or relaxing stay whether it be summer or winter and the seasons in between.
Enter the ground floor to the large master bedroom that has its own ensuite, both with rock and timber features with WIR and 2 decks.
First floor feature the main living area with stone fire place and cathedral ceilings giving open space that leads onto a deck and BBQ. Beautiful full size kitchen with breakfast bar.
The loft upstairs with second bedroom with 2 single beds and lounge area.
Listen to the sound of the surf with the calls of the koalas and the birds for total relaxation. You may have koalas looking through the kitchen window from the trees only metres away.
Kennett River Beach is 100 metres away, swimming, surfing and fishing.
Wye river Hotel only 5 minutes driving, Apollo Bay and Lorne 20 minutes each.
There is a beautiful river walk into the national park as well as numerous bush and beach walks in the area.
Koala Cafe is only 50 metres away with meals and grocery essentials. The local tennis court is adjacent to the property.
