With space for up to 10 family and friends and only 400 metres to the beach, this house is sure to meet all of your holiday needs. 4 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds, 2 bathrooms - 1 with large spa bath, open plan family room with 42" plasma t.v. and a great outdoor gazebo with b.b.q and outdoor setting, plus room for the kids to play outside.
Located just 7 mins from cowes and san remo you are central to all the island has to offer including grand prix track penguins and resturants. Surfies point is located just a short stroll down the end of the road for a relaxing walk along the sand or even some surf fishing. visit the nobbies and churchill island, the chocolate factory, amaze n things for the kids, the RSL for a great feed, so much for everyone on the island.

if you are under 25 years old we require photo id and $1000 bond applys to one week bookings, for shorter stays bond will be equal to booking fee. also under no circumstances is there to be more than 10 stay at the house.

overall the house was excellent, good size, nice location close to Smiths beach and Cape Woolamai. Size of kitchen was great.

Seaside Gem was everything it was named to be. From the very first conversations with Peter I knew that we were in for a great weekend. And a great weekend it was. Perfectly located and a very relaxed atmosphere proved to be exactly what we needed. Thanks and we are all now planning this as an Annual trip...talk soon!

Seaside Gem was a perfect getaway! We had a group of 8 and one dog, all fitting perfectly into the house. The owners were great to deal with and the property nice and clean on arrival with a wonderful welcome of sparkling wine and chocolates! We all plan on visiting again, thanks Seaside!

"seaside gem" perfect name for a such a wonderful holiday home. although we stayed there only one night we enjoyed every bit of it - very clean with all modern conveniences, Peter was great to deal with very polite and friendly. I will definitely rent it again and have already recommended it to many.Thanks again we had a wonderful time.

loved our stay at seaside gem it was just great the house was great and really modern and there was plenty of room for 7 girls and it slept 10 which next time we might have more people come away with as we reconmend it to anyone who wants to get away for a quite weekend just lovely

This property has been cleverly planned to accomodate two families with ease. The furnishings are simple modern and there was ample kitchen goodies to entertain in style. The male of the house was impressed by the flatscreen tvs, and our dog was comfortably protected from the elements in the enclosed outdoor area. A comfortable place to hang out when the weather turns! Many thanks for the lovely stay:)

This hoiday home was just perfect! Comfortable, modern, clean and very inviting. the home was spacious and had all the comforts we required to get away. Close to Cowes and San Remo, it was a very small distance to see the features of the island and tucked away in a very quiet street. With its table tennis and basket ball ring in the backyard with bbq and gazebo, there was always something to do. My partner and I absoultley loved it and have reccommeded this lovey house to family and friends. We will be back to stay.

Awesome holiday house! Group of friends had a great time enjoying the houses numerous facilities. The 2 minute walk to the beach made our stay even better. The owners were fantastic to deal with making it a relaxed and enjoyable holiday experience. We���ll be back for summer!
