The house

The house has 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with furnishings selected with great care to maximise the ambient feel of the house. The outdoor patio is a quiet and private setting to enjoy balmy summer evenings a soothing respite from a hard day's work or sightseeing.

The area

Mosman Park is one of Perth's most pleasant suburbs, on a narrow strip of land with Mosman Bay in the Swan River as its eastern border and the city beaches defining the western boundary. To the east of the Stirling Highway, about 14 kilometres south-west of Perth's CBD,. Popular Cottesloe Beach is just a kilometre or so from the centre of Mosman Park and the great port city of Fremantle, with some of Australia most interesting restaurants and watering holes, is just 3 kilometres down the road.
Located in a lovely neighbourhood with all facilities close at hand, you can stroll down to the river in 10 minutes or drive into Perth City centre and King's Park in 10 minutes.

  • "We stayed at this property when we first emigrated to Perth. It is a lovely house, very modern and spotlessly clean. The pictures on the web are very representative of the house. The location is excellent, being a 5 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes walk to the ocean or the river. There is a large supermarket only 2 mins walk away. Melanie, the owner, is extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Everything we possibly needed was provided from kitchen equipment to bedding to children's toys. We really enjoyed our time at the house and would definitely stay there again. "
