PLEASE NOTE: This property is brand new to our portfolio and we haven't had it photographed yet. The property is so similar to our other property Sandside 2 that we have used some these photos to represent to you how Sandy Breeze 3 will look. There will be some differences in the style and colour of fixtures and furnishings, but the location, type of property and fit out is so similar that you can be assured that these photos are a good representation of Sandy Breeze 3.

When you step inside, you'll enjoy spacious, open-plan living, which has been colourfully furnished with a modern, contemporary style. The living room offers comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen, high-definition TV with Foxtel (cable TV), DVD player and mini CD stereo system. Modern, open-plan kitchen facilities include dishwasher, gas cook-top, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer with a stone topped island bench/breakfast bar and dining setting for 4.

Both bedrooms have built-in robes and queen size beds. The bed in the second bedroom can split to 2 singles if required, ensuring comfort for either 2 couples or a couple with 2 children. A trundle bed can also be provided if required, for an additional charge. The bathroom has a large shower with separate bath. For your convenience there is also a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
There’s a split system air conditioner in the lounge/dining area for your comfort and you will also enjoy complimentary broadband internet connection and free local phone calls.
The outdoor deck space is fabulous, complete with BBQ and a great outdoor setting for 4, ideal for alfresco dining. It is securely fenced which makes it perfect for pet guests as well. Off street parking is also provided for one car and there is plenty of additional parking available on the street.

Sandy Breeze 3 is conveniently located near the beach as well as the cafes and local shops of the Sandringham Village all within 10 minutes walk. The bus will take you on a direct route to Southland shopping centre and you can also catch a train from the Sandringham Station into Melbourne CBD (only 16kms).

If you are into sailing you will be within close proximity to major attractions including the ISAF Sailing World Cup and The Asia Pacific Regatta. Other local attractions include the Sandringham Yacht Club, the Trevor Baker Beach Oval and the Sandringham Golf Driving Range.

We have 2 lovely properties at the same address; Sandy Breeze 2 and Sandy Breeze 3. These properties provide unique flexibility for 2 families wanting to be close to each other whilst retaining their own space. Alternatively, either property on its own provides very comfortable accommodation.

Minimum Stays:
We have a 5 night minimum for bookings made 1 month or more in advance and we will accept stays of 3 or 4 nights at our discretion within the month or if they join directly to another booking leaving no gaps in our calendar. Some peak periods attract longer minimum stays:
Spring Racing Carnival/Melbourne Cup: 7 nights
Christmas/New Year: 7 nights
Australian Open Tennis 2013: 7 nights
