MERINDAH our self contained studio unit is situated in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. We are a short drive to the International & Domestic Airports & a 15 minute drive to the city centre.

MERINDAH is an attached studio unit to our own home and has 2 private entrances. It contains it's own fully functioning kitchen & a walk in shower & toilet. You have use of a common laundry as well. All linen is supplied as well as most cooking needs.

Whilst you have use of a full kitchen, we also supply a Continential Breakfast ie, tea, coffee (all varities) orange juice, milk, cereal, porridge, condiments, crumpets and variety of breads. Should you arrive late at our property and would like a snack we also supply fresh fruit, free range eggs, tomotos, cheese, tinned soup, spagetti and baked beans.

Sleeping wise there is a split king bed, & a double sofa bed all in one large L shaped area (no seperate bedroom)Our property only suits 3 adults maximum or 2 adults & 2 small childrenbaby. All furnishings are of upmost quality with antique lighting. The area over looks beautiful gardens from extensive windows as our house is set on 2000 sq metres of property. The main house which includes the unit is over 60 square of living space.

Whilst you have free Wireless Broadband Internet within the unit we also offer use of all business facilities ie photocopying, fax machine and printing.

The house is set on the edge of Botany Bay, the birthplace of Australia. From the back entrance you can wander for miles through our parks surrounded by duck ponds, fabulous childrens playgrounds or try one of the wonderful local cafes and restaurants, 2 of them award winning French Patisseries.

Within a 3 min. walk is our local pub, Sir Joseph Banks Hotel great food & atmosphere also a very popular French Patissiere, a new Italian restaurant, food shops, Subway, general store & chemist shop & Botany Golf Course/Chinese restaurant. 5 mins. walk away are 2 more pubs/food, & another french patisserie specialising in sour dough bread. A 20 min.walk away are 2 more pubs/food a large supermarket, post office, chemist, variety stores, Italian Restaurants, pizza palour, chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant & a bowling club & RSL club. All local pubs & clubs have betting & gambling facilities.

TRANSPORT

We have a direct bus route to the city centre about 2 mins.up the street & the bus stops across the road out the front from the city. We are also on stops with links to Bondi Junction & Maroubra Junction. The bus can let you off at Green Square train station where you can catch a train to Central Station where you can catch a train to anywhere in NSW.
