The apartment is situated high on a hill on the third floor with views across East Fremantle,It is very well located to shopping, public transport,Fremantles cafe\'s,museums,fishing boat harbour and of course the very popular Left Bank is at the bottom of the hill! The location is quiet,perfect if you want to just stay in and enjoy a glass of your favourite wine,while cooking up a storm in the kitchen.The apartment has ceiling fans in the living rooms,and in both bedrooms. There is gas heating for the winter months.This apartment is perfect for the holiday or business trip. Off street parking for 1 car.

BEDROOM 1-queen size pillow top bed, with huge built in robes.
BEDROOM 2-double bed.

A porta-cot,highchair and baby bath is available upon request at no charge.

The lounge room has an lcd t.v,dvd player and movies,stereo with an ipod deck,the laundry is located on the first floor,and there is no lift.

  • "This apartment is perfect for a short stay. The apartment is a short stroll from the Swan Riverbank where you can find a nice bar for food and drinks, and is also a nice walk in to Fremantle which is a great place. The owner is fantastic, very accommodating and always happy to help. The apartment was modern, very clean and comfy and was very well located for transport links and shops. Would highly recommend this apartment for a small family or couple looking to stay in and around Fremantle."

  • "Fantastic apartment, it was clean, comfortable, fresh and modern. Not only did it have everything we needed it was also very homely. Jennifer the owner, was also lovely, she was always very quick to respond to my e-mails and is very knowledgeable about places to visit and the local area. Location wise, we often walked into Fremantle (a very pleasant 25 mins walk along the river) or took the 106 bus (5 mins). We loved Fremantle itself, there are lots of bars, restaurants and shops and of course the Fremantle markets. There is a local supermarket across the road from the apartment and the Left Bank Bar is just a 5 min walk down by the Swan River. The Left Bank is a must if you fancy eating out. We loved Preston Heights, even my 2 children aged 9 & 7 didn���t want to leave. Given the opportunity we will definitively be going back. Thank you Jennifer for making our trip so special. "

  • "Don't be fooled by the outside. This modern little apartment is perfect for a small family. The owner has thought of everything,answered the phone with any queries we had and was wonderful to deal with. All you need to do is bring yourself. The location is only two streets away from waterfront cafe's and childrens playgrounds and a short drive to Fremantle shopping precinct. Within walking distance to supermarkets and takeaways, although cooking is easy as everything you need is there. Extra towels, full size fridge, all the comforts of home."

Jennifer gives that something extra: fresh milk in the fridge, a table centrepiece - in my case a bowl of lemons. She communicates well via email and phone calls. Thank you Jennifer.
