12 Docklands Executive Apartments is situated between Collins and Bourke Streets, the New York end of Melbourne Docklands and only minutes away from the CBD. Walking distance to the CBD, Etihad Stadium, Southern Cross Station, Crown Casino, the Melbourne Convention Centre and waterfront restaurants.

This self catering apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one queen bed in the main bedroom and the choice of two single beds or one king bed in the 2nd bedroom.

Open plan spacious living and dining area, 40 " TV, DVD, IPOD dock, and WiFi internet. The apartment has its own private balcony with views of the bay and harbour.

Other features include a fully equipped modern kitchen with European cooking appliances, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, stainless steel bench tops and internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Fully air-conditioned by reverse cycle air-conditioning.

The apartment has intercom security access and undercover secure parking.

Docklands Executive Apartments are centrally located which makes it easy to get to by car, train, tram, or ferry. On the ground level, there are several restaurants, bars, cafes, an IGA supermarket, liquor store, hairdresser, beautician, masseur, nail technician and also walking distance to the local Woolworth's supermarket.

From Tullamarine Airport it is about a 20 minute taxi ride for a cost of about $50AU one way.

The Starbus Airport Shuttle () or Jetbus Shuttle () will transfer you direct from Tullamarine Airport to the apartment complex. Cost $17AU per person one way or $30AU for a prepaid return ticket per person, departing every 20 to 30 minutes, 5am till 11pm 7 days a week.

PLEASE NOTE the trip can take up to an hour depending on which route the driver takes.

The Skybus takes you from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station, runs 24 hours a day and then it is about a 10 minute walk to the apartment complex

Fantastic position in the Docklands, as we had the free tram right outside our door, a five minute walk to Safeway, plus it was only a 10 minute walk to Southern Cross Station. Etihad Stadium was right opposite, so we didn���t have to walk far to see the footy. We will definitely stay again, as this would have to be one of best apartments we have ever stayed in.
