The Perfect Family Holiday

Take a stroll down to South Avoca to enjoy the local art gallery, whale watching (seasonal only) from Captain Cook Lookout, or you may wish to simply enjoy the peace and tranquility with a picnic in one of several foreshore reserves. If you are looking for something a little more ‘up beat’ the Avoca Beach Picture Theatre plays host to the latest films, take the short drive to Terrigal Haven with an array of some of the Coast\'s best dive reefs and wrecks, or have a hit of tennis at one of several nearby courts. Visit the Ken Duncan Photo gallery for breathtaking landscape images or the Gosford Regional Art Gallery & Japanese Gardens. The Australian Reptile Park is at Somersby featuring Spider world and the Lost World Of Reptiles.
North Avoca is also only 10 minutes drive from Erina Fair, a very large shopping mall, with department stores, supermarkets and hundreds of specialty shops, a cinema complex and an indoor ice rink. "The beachside location of this property was excellent. The owner of the property was very good to deal with. The property itself is expansive and comfortable for a large group. All in all a great time was had - the only improvement needed would be to stock the kitchen with a couple more useful cooking utensils like chopping boards and knives. If you plan to self cater while here, then raise this with the very helpful owner or BYO."
