North Avoca is also only 10 minutes drive from Erina Fair, a very large shopping mall, with department stores, supermarkets and hundreds of specialty shops, a cinema complex and an indoor ice rink.

A great home with everything you need and more. Myself and 10 of my close mates rented out the house for the weekend and made use of the all the house had to offer from twister and table tennis to the surfboards and kayak. Definitely a place to recommend with enough space for a comfortable visit.

Awesome spot, had a fantastic time.
Visited with friends. Loved the view from the balcony. Perfect location just a stroll from the beach, with Cafe's down the road. Plenty of entertainment from the table tennis. No hassle with noise from or to the neighbors. Great communication from the owner. Will definitely be back.

Stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. The place is very spacious and has an excellent location. There were so many things to do there was never a dull moment. The beach is pretty much your backyard.

A very comfortable and spacious apartment, has everthing one would need for a weekend away, and also includes amazing views from Nth to Sth Avoca.We had a memorable weekend enjoyed by our entire family, thoroughly recommended.

I just wanted to advertise the fact that we stayed at the above property for a sun drenched weekend with a bunch of mates. The apartemnt is fantastic! Direct access to the beach and a wonderful balcony to take in the view. I absolutely recommend for any occasion. The tournament standard Ping Pong table provides hours of entertainment. Plenty of space, wonderful kitchen and very comfortable beds.

The beachside location of this property was excellent. The owner of the property was very good to deal with. The property itself is expansive and comfortable for a large group. All in all a great time was had - the only improvement needed would be to stock the kitchen with a couple more useful cooking utensils like chopping boards and knives. If you plan to self cater while here, then raise this with the very helpful owner or BYO.

Fantastic spot for a relaxing weekend.
Enjoyed our meals on the deck overlooking Avoca Beach. The accommodation was amazingly spacious with plenty of room for our family of seven adults - plenty of areas to retreat to.
