Holidaying or on business this two bedroom fully furnished self contained apartment is the perfect environment that you will want to come home to.
Recently completely refurbished the interior designer has made terrific color choices to make this into a trendy upmarket apartment that you can feel you are absolutely spoiling yourself at very reasonable prices.
The sitting room is spacious with a magnificent window fitted with double pull down blinds providing all the privacy you require while not obstructing the view out. Two leather two seaters, occassional tables and TV provide for comfortable relaxing times.
The newly appointed kitchen has ample cupboard space with all new appliances making your food preparation time extremely pleasurable.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. All beds have electric blankets.

Whilst staying at Lake Apartment why not explore Ballarat's historic buildings, Ballarat Fine Art Gallery which houses the country's largest and finest regional collection of art, visit her Majesty's Theatre circa 1858, and mainland Australia's oldest continously operating theatre where concerts, plays, live shows and the famous South Street competions are held.
Visit the Ballarat Tramway Museum near the Botanical Gardens and of course not to be missed is the Botanical Gardens dating back to trees planted in 1863. Whilst at the Botanical Gardens view the statuary including the Prime Minister's Avenue featuring bronze busts of every Australian Prime Minister. In the historic statuary pavilion you will see the marble statues including the famous Flight From Pompeii.
Discover the range of upmarket eateries dotted throughout the city's tree lined streets, the colonial history on the Heritage Walking Trail. Spend time pottering through antique shops, picnic in the gardens, check out the cemetaries with graves of Stockade heroes and early pioneers. A fascinating chinese graveyard can be found in the cemetary at the top of Lydiard Street. Why not join the many people who take a six kilometre walk around Lake Wendouree (presently without water) with many eateries / bars to stop for a coffee or ale along the way
