This Affordable Holiday Home is a Brick and tiled House.
We are a small family business and take pride in providing a fully self contained aircondition,heated 3 bedroom,house(Another room with a screen makes 4 bedrooms).1 bathroom with(separate toilet).
A childs porta cot, highchair, doll house, and toys to be played with
The backyard is fully enclosed and it is Child and Pet friendly.
The patio areas provides a BBQ, Table Tennis and entertainment area.
There is a pool table,and many childrens toys,games, and movies in the games shed in the backyard of the house.Also a cubby,for the children
A long driveway provides parking for 5 vehicles.
Close to CBD, race course,trotting track, and the Minninup Forum.
A bus stop is just down the road providing convenient transport to the Bunbury Town centre, that has lots of good shopping.

Close to CBD, the Famous Back Beach.
Just a short walk to the Maiden's bush walks and the Tuart Forrest Walks.
Parks near by and a 3 minute stroll to Hay Park sporting complex with the indoor heated swimming pools and gym facilities,sports ground for Soccer,Hockey,or Football all near by.
Visit the Bunbury Tennis Club,Ten Pin Bowling, Roller Skating, and many more places.
Bunbury CBD centre is 7km. away.
Have a picnic at Wyalup-Rocky Point .
The cuppachino strip and the renoun Dolphin Discovery Centre.

We have a variety of toys for all ages.
A game of Table Tennis or a game of pool is a must, for the teenages.
There are childrens movies for everyone to enjoy.
A doll house for the little ones. and a large variety of toys.
You can relax while the children are occupied with plenty of things to do. There is a small cubby at the back of the house, ride on toys,and a small basketball ring.
A long driveway to hold 4/5 cars.Secure fencing for children and animals.There is a high chair,porta cot,to name but a few.
Families can cost share by booking the other house next door,for a short or long stay holiday.
An affordable holiday at Ocean Cottage,is just minutes from the famous White Sands at the Back Beach,for swimming,surfing and fishing.
Climb the Marlston Hill Lookout, for a beautiful view of Bunburuy.
