Just two hours drive from Sydney and Camberra, Culburra is the ideal place for a holiday or weekend break. Culburra is almost entirely surrounded by water, the Tasman Sea and Crookhaven River to the North, Pacific Ocean (Culburra and Warrian beaches) to the East, Lake Wollumboola to the South and Oyster Bay to the West. This must be heaven for the boatie, fisherman or surfie family.

What's there?

The surflifesaving club is just 200m down the beach, making it very safe for swimming. Culburra is popular for its great surfing beaches and long stretches of unspoit beaches as well as boating and fishing.

A short stroll from the house and you are at Lake Wollumboola. If you are into walking this is the place for you. The surrounding area is a haven for migratory and local sea birds. Dolphins and Whales are often spotted from the beach as they make the way along the coast.

Culburra village has all you will need, shops, cafes, video rental, bowling club, restaurants and other services which are all within a short walking distance.

Nowra town centre is just a short drive giving you access to larger shopping centres, parks, a variety of diverse restaurants, cinema, tenpin bowling and tourist information centre.

The house?

The house has two double bedrooms, one room has a queen size bed and the other has a single bunk and also a double bunk (double on bottom and single on top). Two bathrooms both with toilet and shower. One has a bath too! There's also an outdoor shower as well. There is an open plan modern fully equiped kitchen, dining area and sitting/TV room. A large TV and DVD player. There is a portable CD player to play your favourite music on, a coffee machine in the kitchen and BBQ under the covered area outside.

This house has just been redecorated and new flooring in living area. New Kitchen and Washing Machine. Single Level.

The rear garden is fully fenced (excluding entrance driveway. Large,flat back yard and idea for kids to play safely in while you relax, perhaps with a glass of wine with BBQ area and sunporch area enjoying the late afternoon seabreeze and majestic sunset.
