An open fire and floor heating warm the spacious area which includes separate dining and sitting rooms as well as a kitchenette. Only 3/4 hr drive from Mt Buller and a short distance from Lake Eildon and Lake Nillahcootie, Middle Earth Apartment is ideally situated for both snow & water sports. For those who are keen on bushwalking, bicycle riding or fishing, the high country offers an abundance of trails and rivers. There are wonderful places to explore - natural and historic, and great wineries, food and coffee. But don't feel you have to be out and about - this apartment provides a place of solitude in magnificent surroundings. A short walk down the track is the State Park and Blue Range Creek & picnic area. Watch the kangaroos of an evening or the numerous species of birds, or simply choose from a range of books, CDs or DVDs and snuggle up in front of the fire.
