Description

Absolute spectacular beachfront penthouse apartment. Architecturally designed, this penthouse is right on the beach at Salamander Bay commanding a magnificent view looking towards Shoal Bay and across to Tea Gardens. The outside terrace is over 200 sq. meters, featuring BBQ area, Dining area and sun beds. The inside is modern, with glass to most of the back of the property so you have an uninterrupted view of the coastline. There are 3 sets of bi-fold doors to let in the afternoon breeze.


Sleeps up to 6 adults with 3 Queen size beds. We do not have one night stays Also we do not take bookings on the day people are leaving due to circumstances beyond our control..

We have found that certain people like the area to have a wedding or blessing. The pictures on the web are of a blessing that took place earlier this year. We now offer this service, but we are limited to about twenty people at these ceremonies. For further details please contact us.

We now have two other places close by that are not ours but we can book it for people. They hold up to eight people and also have good views. If you find the dates you want are not available with us we can let you know about these other places. One is in the same block and the other is two minutes away by car.

  • "The property is amazing!! The owners are lovely, friendly and very eager to help. They were wonderful to deal with. Walking up the stairs to be met by the spectacular view was breathtaking. The pictures simply do not prepare you for the beauty of the property. We were in awe and just walked around for the first hour looking at everything. No expense has been spared in any part of the penthouse. From state of the art kitchen appliances to the massive size of each bedroom with private ensuite. Country Road coffee mugs!! Nice touch. We are planning to return in May if available and again in Sept for Dad's Birthday and again in Nov for a friend's birthday. This truly is an experience you should not pass up. The price is a BARGAIN!! "
