The upper story of the apartments consists of a large open plan kitchen, lounge dining are with a hallway that has 2 bedrooms leading off of. The master bedroom has been decorated with modern stylish furnishings it has large windows that look over the sea views. The second bedroom also hosts a queen bed and has also been decorated in a modern contemporary feel with colours of blues and aquas to accomodate the beach surroundings, this bedroom has views over the landscaped garden that bbqs can be enjoyed on.

The kitchen is fully self contained with dishwasher and convection microwave,filtered water. It hosts a very large kitchen with huge benches that have bar stools on the other side. The kitchen leads to the open plan lounge and dining area that features luxurious designer leather modular lounge suite, LCD TV and DVD player and large round dining table seating 8 people. The open plan area is very light and airy with floor to ceiling windows to take in the fabulous views that can be enjoyed either in the kitchen whilst cooking breakfast or lounging on the comfortable couch or enjoying your meal in the dining area. The views can also be taken in by stepping out onto the large hardwood deck, meals can also be enjoyed here upon the outdoor dining table.
The open plan lounge area has a contemporary staircase that leads downstairs to a studio room that containes 2 king single beds a queen bed that is on an elevated level. This studio floor is very roomy and has a small breakfast nook with table and chairs a mini fridge and coffe and tea facilities. There is also a designer black leather recliner and T.V. You can relax whilst taking in the views featured through the floor to ceiling windows/ sliding doors. they lead onto the patio outdoors with alfresco dining .
Both floors have bathrooms with showers and the studio bathroom also contains a washing machine if required.

There is a patio that has a barbeque on it adjacent to a community garden and large lawn in which the Adare Castle can be viewed from.
The views at Adare are spectacular, it is located oposite a romantic turreted Castle that adds to the already incredible views of the ocean, Granite island, the bluff and township of Victor Harbor. The apartment is also split into two levels, the upper level VIEW ON BLUE ( maximum 4) lower level Castle View ( studio room maximum 4).
The apartment is at a per bed cost and therefore for 2 - 4 guests are generally put in the top level VIEW ON BLUE and the lower level is closed off unless specifically requested (this may incure a cost.)
