Description

"Waterscape" is a modern, recently renovated holiday home situated opposite the water at Pretty Beach, on the eastern side of Brisbane Water. It provides spacious clean and very modern accommodation for quiet weekends away or for family holidays.
Pretty Beach is a quiet hide-away on the beautiful Central Coast of NSW that is free from the crowds and noise but is only a one hour drive along the F3 freeway from the Wahroonga interchange.

THE HOUSE

The house freatures a large open plan living and entertaining area that spills out onto a very large deck that faces north, with a panoramic view across the water. There is a gas BBQ, table and chairs, and sun umbrella on the deck for relaxing or casual entertaining
The modern kitchen is equipped with a full size oven and stove, two door frig, dishwasher and microwave and has an ample supply of cutlery, crockery and utensils. The living area has comfortable leather lounges, a 42" plasma TV, VCR, DVD player and CD player. The house has reverse-cycle split system air conditioning.
The main bedroom and en-suite also enjoy water views.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms in all, accommodating up to 10 people in two queen beds, two double beds and three single beds.
The laundry is equipped with an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The yard is level and there is ample off-street parking for cars or a boat.
The property is not suitable for pets.

LOCAL FACILITIES

The public jetty and new boat ramp are just 50 metres away, to suit boating or fishing enthusiasts.
The park, children's playground, tennis court, and swimming baths are just a short walk away. The Palm Beach Ferry Service calls at nearby Wagstaff wharf, with a stop at Ettalong.
Beautiful Boudii National Park runs along the ridge and headland behind "Waterscape" and provides many picturesque walking tracks. Killcare/Putty surf beach is only a short drive away, with the Kilcare beach rock pool providing a safe area for young children to enjoy the water.
There is a selection of excellent restraunts and cafes within walking distance, along with general stores, a bottle shop, a fish & chip shop, a hairdresser/beautition/day spa and the Hardy's Bay RSL Club. Supermarkets, specialist shops and cinema are only 10 mins away in Ettalong or 15 mins to Woy Woy or Kincumber.

  • "My wife and I, together with five friends spent four wonderful days at Waterscape, Pretty Beach. Four large bedrooms meant we all had some privacy when needed and the large open plan kitchen - lounge area provided us with plenty of room for socialising. We gave the deck and the BBQ a reasonably good work out as the views over the water provided entertainment in themselves. Two very fine restaurants were a leisurely twenty minute stroll away and the nearby ferry at Wagstaff provided access to Palm Beach for a little change of scene. Waterscape was well furnished and equiped; in a great location with plenty of things to do and see in the surrounding area. Certainly a place we'd all like to spend some time at again."

It is extremely well equiped and has everything one may disire to make their stay more enjoyable. it even had a small "library" which had some great books to read. The water views from the deck are so much more picturesque then the web pics reflect. I would higly recommend Waterscape as a holiday destination. Just a small note regarding the size of the duna in the master bedroon on the secon floor. Although the bed is queen size, the duna was much larger so bring a larger duna covers if you have. Thank you Waterscape for a fabulous long weekend esperience."

  • "this is the most relaxing and enjoyable place I have stayed. the house is very well put together great kitchen facilities and the deck is a fantastic hang out, for me and 7 other girls their was enough bathrooms, bed rooms and table space. the only thing I can fault is that their wasn't enough place mats ( but that is being really picky).
