Being an extremely large home, the "Cubby House" is perfect for those big family holidays. You will always be entertained with its fully equipped games room offering a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Darts, and TV/DVD - the kids will love it, not to mention the adults as well.

Augusta offers some of the most picturesque river and ocean scenery to be found in the South West and the spectacular sight of migrating whales is not to be missed. With the mighty Blackwood River emptying into the ocean at Augusta there is an abundance of choice. Beaches for surfing, swimming, fishing, walking or shell collecting, as well as calm protected bays. Surrounded by national parks, walks along the river, ocean or scenic walk trails are abundant. The magnificent Boranup Forest is on the doorstep and local attractions such as the many wineries of the Augusta Margaret River region, galleries, resturants and chocolate, cheese and berry specialists all add to the choices.

The Cubby House is only a short stroll to the centre of town and just a few minutes' drive to the sparkling waters of the nearest beach at beautiful Flinders Bay. Close to all the desired attractions, this spacious and comfortably modern furnished home is ideal for that big family holiday. The home offers excellent value per head and the kids will not want to leave. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

PS. don't forget to bring your rod, as the king george whiting are always biting.

Minimum nights are negotiable, if dates are still not booked 4 weeks prior to the dates requested.

Guest Responsibilities

"The Cubby House" is a privately owned residence, so please treat with respect.
Guests are expected to look after and take all reasonable care of the property and all the furnishings and equipment included in the property and to observe the “No Smoking Inside” requirement for the duration of the holiday. Guests are expected to be considerate to neighbouring properties and not give cause for complaint due to excessive noise or unsociable behaviour. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. This means that guests must wash & put away crockery, glassware & cooking utensils; remove all foodstuff from the refrigerator; properly dispose of rubbish in bins provided; and sweep up excess dirt and sand on the floors. In the event that cleaning of the house exceeds the standard cleaning allowance of $135 (4hrs allowed) as specified, the guest will be charged for the cost of excess cleaning at the rate of $40 per hour and this amount will be deducted from the security bond or from the authorized credit card.
